Winter Conference XIII 

The Lake are freezing over, the snow is falling  the water skiers are getting bored and restless.  Thats Right, it is once again time for The Mid West Winter Conference.  On February 20th the 13th annual winter time gathering of skiers from not only the Midwest but of professionals from around the world will take place.  It is a great exchange in information and experiences that has helped the MCWSA grow like it has.  It is also an excuse to get together with our seasonal friends and party like its 2012 and there is no tomorrow.   

In previously years Winter Conferences have been held at Iowa State, Michigan University, University of Wisconsin Stout, and others.  This year WC XIII will take place at The Ohio State University on February 20th.  Only two hours away!   Mark your calendars and stay tuned for more information.

2nd Annual Waterski Team Banquet

It is time again for the Waterski Team to have a banquet in recognition of their past season and upcoming season. This year, the banquet will be held at Front Street Cafe in New Richmond and will start at 5:30 P.M. and ends at 8:00 P.M. on January 9, 2010. -First off, I need to know if you plan on coming to the banquet. I need to know if your parents plan on coming and what everyone wants to eat. I need to tell this to Bob by Thursday so they will make enough food.
-The banquet will be January 9th starting at 5:30-8:00.
-Prime Rib of Beef, Chicken Cordon Bleu or pan fried Tilapia with salad, potato and veggie tea or regular Coffee
-I ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO EAT. BOB SAID I HAVE TO TELL HIM BY THURSDAY  Email Steve Russo.
-The cost will $25 a person this includes tip and tax
-We will need to come early and stay late for set up and tear down. I will be there early and late helping out
-If you plan on going to the banquet, let me know by posting in the forum or emailing Steve Russo. IF YOUR PARENTS OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS ARE COMING I NEED TO KNOW! You MUST pay through PayPal!
-Lastly, there will be a party at the ski house after so come over!!

2010 Officers 

The 2009 Officers are out and the 2010 Officers are in. The Waterski Team met on Monday, November 30, 2009 to elect officers for our 2010 season. Our Officers and Chair Positions goes as follows….

The New Officers have a lot of new ideas that they want to implement into the team. Out of those ideas, some are: Finding new places to ski, creating binders for the team to have, and communicating with each other more: making sure that things are getting done.
